Yin Yoga

Namaste! I hope you enjoy this Yin Yoga class! You are welcome to prop yourself up with blanket. This class focuses all poses on the wall, and it helps alleviate anxiety and welcomes feelings of calm.

I am delighted to have you as a yoga student. The following information will help you get the most out of our online time together. I believe that yoga is more than physical exercise. It is a humanizing practice that encourages body, mind and emotional tensions to arrive at deeper levels of relaxation and awareness. Awareness and daily movement are fundamental to our lasting wellness and being. I look forward to infusing creative, purposeful and meditative sequencing and breathing techniques with you. Please practice mindfully, have props handy, modify to meet your body and keep the breath smooth.
